WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION /EMPLOYERS LIABILITY INSURANCE
Covers compensation payable by an employer to his employees, following injuries caused by work related accidents as per U.A.E Labour Law. In the U.A.E, compensation is governed by Chapter 8 of Federal Law No. 1980 in respect of workmen’s compensation and Sharia law in respect of Employer’s Liability.
